Returns Policy
If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 30 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 30 days of your invoice date for a label. Items that are received defective must be filed within 30 days of the item being received. Please open your package when it arrives to make sure everything arrived in tact as soon as you can, so we can file a claim in time and send you a replacement right away.
Holiday items that are received defective must be filed within 3 days of receiving the defective items.
Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, gift cards and custom orders are excluded. In addition, items containing both wood and silver and antique leather goods are excluded.
Shipping Policy
International Orders - Duties and Taxes
All Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer, Pardes Books does not cover these charges in the shipping rates.
Our guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Disruptions in the air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural disasters
- The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery
- Delays caused by the consignee
- Acts of God
- Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises
- Riots, strikes, and other labor disputes
- Civil commotion
Refused Shipments
For shipments that are refused and returned a fee will be applied to the return plus the shipping charges.
If your order qualified for free shipping and the shipment was refused and returned shipping charges and a fee will be applied to the refund.
